In this paper, a microstructured laser with modulated periodic microstructures for beam control is proposed the first time. Lasers using can emit lower vertical divergence angle same number of microstructures. And lasers specific period length transmit in direction. These emitting beams different emission directions be integrated into an array. array used directly as transmitter chip LiDAR. Both simulation and experimental results show that effectively reduce angle. experiment, lowest 0.88° large sweep range 41.5° have been obtained. A horizontal 4.3° achieved taper structure. Typical optical power 29 mW.
